In a recent presentation to my team I shared how we had crossed the $1 Million dollar (R14.5 Million) in revenue mark, within the first four months of this year. Our former record year for revenue was in 2014 where we made just over one million dollars for an entire year. In the first seven years of the business, we struggled to make R1 Million in a year. More importantly than all of this is how we are on track to make $1 Million in profit in the current financial year.

I have to pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming, because after starting my first business at 16, I spent 25 years struggling with over 13 different businesses. Now I have three companies that produce millions of dollars in revenue.

On top of all of this, we grew the business seven times in the last 6 months. We also went from 5 staff to an amazing team of 28 in the last 3 months.

How?

How could this be done in such a challenging time politically and financially?
